What would happen to a cell if its mitochondria were removed?

Well, the cell would be out of energy! The mitochondria plays a very important role in cell functions. With out it, it cannot do whatever job that needs to be acquired.

If the mitochondria was removed from a cell, the cell would no longer be supplied with energy for the mitochondria supplies ATP throughout each cell.
