a = 7 and x = -5

-a + 3x = -(7) + 3(-5) = -7 -15 = -22

Answer: -22

a = 7 and x = -5

-a + 3x

We gonna replace each letters by the number given for them...

-7 + 3(-5)

= -7 - 15

= -22
