If the roots are 3, 2 and -3 then the function is created by multiplying
(x-3) * (x-2) * (x+3)
x^2 -5x +6 * (x+3)
x^3 -5x^2 +6x + 3x^2 -15x +18 = 0
x^3 -2x^2  -9x +18 = 0
