❅☃ If he paid $12 for 16 cans, then we can say this: per 16 cans he pays $12.
❅☃ 16+16+16=48
So now we know he has 3 sets of 16
❅☃ and since per 16 cans he paid $12, now we can do this: 12+12+12=36
❅☃He paid $36 for 48 cans.
