The meter of this line is the so-called Alexandrine or iambic hexameter. It is actually a 12-syllable line, containing 6 mostly iambic feet (iamb is a foot that contains one short and one long, emphasized syllable). Alexandrine contains two semi-lines divided by caesura (a pause or a break).

Ha/ppy / thoughts / come / to / those || with / baked / goods / and / fat / cats
