What is the value of n?
−6.5(n−5)=18.2

The value of n would be 2.2. You would find this by distributing -6.5 into the parentheses which gives you -6.5n+32.5=18.2. Subtract 32.5 from both sides and you have -6.5n=-14.3. Divide -6.5 on both sides and you get n=2.2
