ABCD is a square and a semicircle O has a radius of 6. WHAT is the area of this figure?

I'm assuming the semi circle lies on one of the sides of the square. that means with a radius of 6 the diameter/ side length of the square is 12. the area of a square is length times width so 12×12=144. the area is 144 units^2
