Note that
[tex](x^{a})^{b} = x^{ab} \\ x^{a+b}=x^{a}.x^{b}[/tex]

Therefore
[tex]( \frac{6^{5}}{7^{3}} )^{2} \\= \frac{6^{10}}{7^{6}} \\ = \frac{6^{6}.6^{4}}{7^{6}} \\ =6^{4}( \frac{6}{7})^{6} \\ = 1296( \frac{6}{7} )^{6}[/tex]
