mean of x  = (1/11 + 2/11 +3/11) / 3  = 6/11 / 3  = 2/11

variance 

1/11 - 2/11 = -1/11; 2/11 - 2/11 = 0 ;  3/11 - 2/11 = 1/11

(-1/11)^2 = 1/121 ,  0^2 = 0  , (1/11)^2 = 1/121

1/121 + 0 + 1/121  = 2/121 

Variance  = 1/121 / 3   = 1 /363
