y = 2x + 3
y = -x + 6

 2x + 3 = -x + 6
+ x         + x     
 3x + 3 = 6
       - 3  - 3
        3x = 3
         3     3
          x = 1
y = 2(1) + 3
y = 2 + 3
y = 5
