If hexagon perimeter = 60, then each side = 60/6 = 10
polygon area = n * side^2 / 4 * tan(180/n)
("n" is the number of sides)
polygon area = 6 * 10^2 / 4 * tan(30)
polygon area = 600 / 4 * 0.57735
polygon area = 600 / 2.3094
polygon area = 259.8077422707
polygon area = 259.81 square inches
