Why would a disease that destroys helper T cells also compromise the humoral response?

Helper t cells serves as antigen presenting cells to the b cells to help them produce antibodies which is an essential part in hunoral response. So if helper t are damaged, there will be less antigen presented to b cells and less antibody will be produced
