22:7 as a common fraction is 22/7 and to convert to a decimal fraction divide 7 into 22. I got 22/7 = 3.142857... Rounded to the nearest hundredth this is 3.14. If you perform the same operations with 22:5 then 22/5 = 4.4 and you don't need to round.
