A land developer is splitting up 810.35 hectares of land to form 4 identical properties. What size will each property be?

Okay so if you are splitting up something equally into four parts there is going to be some dividing in this problem. You have to say 810.35/4 in order to get what size that each property would be. And I got the answer: 202.5875
