To find percent increase first:
1. Subtract 30-33, which equals 3.
2. Divide 3 by 30, which equals 0.1
3. Finally, multiply 0.1 x 100 and that is your answer.
The percent increase is 10%.
The diagram can be you drawing your problem out like I did. You can just copy it step-by-step. You now know that it is a percent increase and you also know the percent increase AND you know how to find percent increase or percent decrease now :)
