Katie has 5.455

Sadie has 10.31

To find how many apples they have in all add the two numbers

They have = 5.455 + 10.31

They have = 5.455 + 10.310

0 + 5 = 5

1+ 5 = 6

3 + 4 = 7

10 + 5 = 15

They have = 15.765 apples in all
