Tim's wholesale sells 350ml of syurp for $924 while jenny's wholesale sells 450ml of syurp for $1,152. Which wholesale offers a better price ? why?

Divide total cost by total ml for each one. The one with the lower price per ml is the better buy.

924/350 = $2.64 per ml

1152 / 450 = $2.56 per ml

Jenny's wholesale is the better buy because the price per ml is lower.
