A set of water waves travels at 10.0 m/s, and 4.0 waves pass you in 2.0 s. what is the wavelength of the waves?

Frequency is the number of waves passing in 1 second. 4 waves passes in 2 sec, so 2 waves will pass in 1 sec. Hence frequency is 2. Wavelength = speed of wave/frequency = 10/2 = 5m. Hence wavelength is 5m.
