#(-6,5), (x,y)€L(line) and m=1/6 by point-slope form of equation of a line, the equation becomes; 1/6=y-5/x-(-6)

x+6=6y-30

x-6y+36=0(point-slope form)

but since we are asked to find in slope-intercept form and we have slope(m)=1/6 and y-intercept(b)=36/6=6

then y=1/6x+b or y=1/6x+6 is its slope-intercept form.
