let the two no. be x and y.

their sum

x+y=-11

x=-11-y.....[I]

and difference

x-y=41

x=41+y......[ii]

equating equation I and ii

we get

-11-y=41+y

-11-41=y+y

-52=2y

y=-52/2

y=-26

now

substituting value of y in equation I.

we get

x=-11-(-26)=-11+26=15

The two no. is 15 and -26.
