theoretical- what is expected to happen, 1/2

experimental- what actually happened, 1/10

theoretical does not always mean that it will happen, such as flipping a coin.

it will say there is a 1/2 chance to get heads or tail.

experimental is what actually happens when you test it out. say you flip a coin 10 times and only get heads 3 times. if it was the theoretical possibility then it would say 5 heads and 5 tails.
