The radius is half the diameter.
r = 1/2(5.2)
r = 2.6cm

The circumference is the diameter times pi
c = (5.2)(3.14)
c = 16.33cm

The area is pi times the radius squared
a = 3.14(2.6)^2
a = 3.14(6.76)
a = 21.23cm
