Here is the answer. In scene 1, the conflict  between the murderers and Banquo is that, Banquo is the one who messed up there lives and now they want revenge on him. This question based on Macbeth acts 2 and 3. However, Banquo was murdered in scene 3.3. Hope this answer helps.
