Derek buys a house for £150,000
He sells the house for £154,500
Work out Derek's percentage profit.

Answer:

cost price=$150,000

selling price =$154,000

profit= $154,000-$150,000=$4,000

Therfore Percentage Profit= 4,000÷15,000×100=2.7%

Percentage Profit =2.7%
