Answer: Andy will pay $1.38 and Emily will pay $0.84 .

Step-by-step explanation: Divide the cost by inches. Ex 7.20/120 or 8.70/145 and so so , you will get 0.06. This means that each inch cost 0.06 . Next you will just multiply that by how many inches each person needs . 23•0.06=1.38 and 14•0.84=0.84
