x ≥ -4 
x ≤ 5  
if you want to combine them you flip x ≤ 5 to 5 ≥ x
and you add on the other half of the first inequality so it looks like:
5 ≥ x ≥ -4
or you can flip the first ons to be -4 ≤ x and add the other inequality to it so it looks like: 
-4 ≤ x ≤ 5
either one is correct
