(-7b + 8C) - (12a + 14) + (5a + 5b)

~Remove parenthesis and combine like terms

(-7b + 5b) + (8c) + (-12a + 5a) + 14

-2b + 8c - 7a + 14

~Put in order

-7a - 2b + 8c + 14
