first you would need to convert 4/5 to percent. that would be 80%. you can find this by setting up an expression where 4/5 = x/100. now we know that the 80% is the amount of homeowners that do have phones, what we need to know is the amount that don’t. to find this you would subtract 80 from 100 to get 20%. (100-80=20)
