Should Hydrogen be a non-metal or metalloid, because it has some conditions like metals, more like non-metals, but also some like metalloids, and they change to be more like metalloids as temperature decreases.

Yes but Hydrogen is a gas and there is no such thing as gaseous metalloids, therefore it is a non-metal
