Unfortunately no, you cannot remove the center muffler on your 2013 porsche carerrra 4 without removing the rear bumper. This is due to the fact that the muffler has a heat shield which is attached to the muffler and in order to get to it for removal, the rear bumper must be removed first. Otherwise you will not be able to access the heat shield or by extension the muffler.
