2[tex] 2\sqrt{5} * 4 \sqrt{10} [/tex]

Multiply numbers outside the roots  separately. Likewise, do the same for the numbers inside the roots.
8[tex] \sqrt{50} [/tex]

Simplify the number under the root.
*[tex] \sqrt{25*2} [/tex]
8*5[tex] \sqrt{2} [/tex]
