Hello,

Let's say there are n sides
[tex] P(1)=a_{1}+a_{2}+a_{3}+....+a_{n} [/tex]

[tex] P(2)=2*a_{1}+2*a_{2}+2*a_{3}+....+2*a_{n}\\=2*(a_{1}+a_{2}+a_{3}+....+a_{n})=2*P(1) [/tex] (Put 2 in commun factor)
