Subtract the (3/5) from both sides and thats how you find y
y= -0.4 or -2/5

Subtract 3/5 from both sides to get y.

[tex] y = \frac{1}{5} - \frac{3}{5} [/tex]
[tex] y = -\frac{2}{5} [/tex]
