Answers

Yes, of course there is. If you are eating meat, its right in the cells. Just because the cells are dead, doesnt mean the DNA disappeared. It would take a while for it to disappear. If you are eating vegetables its there. Its in bread too because this is made from wheat, a plant. However, if you are eating rocks you would not find DNA.
