[tex]\frac{y_{2}-y_{1}  }{x_{2}-x_{1} }[/tex]

[tex]y_{2} = 0\\y_{1} =3\\x_{2} = 4 \\x_{1} = 0[/tex]

so...

[tex]\frac{0-3}{4-0}[/tex]
