GEORGIA BECAME THE FORTH STATE AFTER RATIFYING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
The Georgia had became an official state, only after they actually would ratify the constitution, because that is a really important document of history, um.. I would say as the final, that only after they admit, or they agree with the constitution. Hope that this helps you..
