i believe it is d 6. you can divide 6 by both 3 and 2.

D. 6 because if one number is divisible by another number's factors, then the first number is divisible by the second number. for example, take the numbers 18 and 6.  the factors of 6 are 2 and 3. 18 is divisible by both 2 and 3, therefore it has to be divisible by 6.
