Since the card is replaced after every withdrawal , no of cards in deck will remain constant. This is an independent case where one withdraw doesn't change the outcome of other.

So,

Total no of cards in deck(N)=52
No of hearts in a deck(H)=13

Supposing that the card is withdrawn randomly , the probability of getting heart in every card is,

↪P(H)
=No of hearts/ Total no of cards in deck
=H/N
=13/52
=1/4 ➡ANSWER

▶Note:
❇Concept used here:
↪Probability of occurance
=No of favourable events/Total outcome
