y - y1 = m(x + x1)

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (-6 - 2)/(-1 - 5) = -8/(-6) = 4/3

y - 2 = 4/3(x - 5) is a possible answer

y + 6 = 4/3(x + 1) is also a possible answer
