4.16 is the simplified version of 25/6 and 4.16÷45/2+(2/3)^2·1/30 i believe  is 0.18 because first you have to simplify the 2/3^2(the exponent) which changes the equation to 4.16÷45/2+4/9·1/30. Then you have to multiply the 4/9 by 1/30 which equals 2/135 and changes the equation to 4.16÷45/2+2/135. The add 45/2+2/135 to make 6079/270 and changes the equation to 4.16÷6076/270. The last step is to divide the equation which makes 0.18  :)
