0.38 since your dividing by 100 it has two zeros for every zero you'll move the decimal to the left

38 divided by 100

what you could do is that 38 in decimal form will be 38.00

So,...

38.00 divided by 100

when you divided by 10 or 100 or 1,000 or etc.

all you have to do is move the decimal from 38.00 to the left 2 times

(because there are only 2 zeros in 100)

and your answer will be 0.38

38 divided by 100 = 0.38
