The Euroasians were geographically located on the crossroads of continents, thus they were not isolated. There was a variety of flora and fauna around them and they domesticated a lot of animals who were the primary transmitters of wide variety of germs. All this means that they were exposed to different kinds of micro organisms and because their life span was longer, the body was able to adapt to living in such environment.
