The answer would be Toxoid vaccines

Toxoid is a vaccine that made from weakened toxins so it won't damage the cells like the original toxin do. But it still has the ability to induce the immunologic cell's response so they will produce antitoxin that could neutralize the original toxin. The example of this vaccine would be tetanus and diphtheria toxoid.
